  • Analysis, planning and layout of a stacker control system and a system for paperless picking with mobile radio data transmission terminals for cosmetics at the Hamburg warehouse under consideration of the existing fully automatic HBW
  • Detailed analysis of material flows, receiving and storage of complete or partial pallets from production, removal and dispatch of complete pallets, replenishment of complete pallets on picking places, paperless picking of small orders
  • Definition of different strategies such as storage strategies in automated HBW and in conventional wide aisles warehouses, removal and replenishment strategies
  • Discussion of fixed place systems vs. dynamic place assignment in the picking area
  • Process description and preparation of DP technical specification for processes described above
  • Integration of the complete system into the existing Beiersdorf DP environment, especially interface integration of the existing automated HBW and the connecting conveyor technology in receiving and outgoing goods area
